Villa Sonbahar Evi is a beautiful traditionally designed detached villa which offers ample accommodation for up to 6 people.
The villa is located on the Taurus Mountain hillside overlooking Kalkan Bay and is 10-15 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and Kalkan Old town. There are two en-suite bedrooms on the first floor which have their own patio doors on to the balcony with seating with wonderful views of the sea and the beautiful sunsets to watch. The third (roof-top) bedroom is ensuite and patio doors opens on to a roof terrace with sofa seating to watch those beautiful sunsets and stunning sea views of Kalkan Bay; all rooms have air conditioning.
Both twin bedrooms can also become two doubles for couples. All the windows and doors have mosquito screening. The ground floor comprises a kitchen-diner which has been newly fitted and fully updated and is all fully equipped with all the essentials. Along with a open plan lounge which has been recently updated dining area has seating for six. There's an Amazon fire stick for our guests to use. Also a CD player with plenty of cds to choose from.
Patio doors provide easy access to terrace and pool, and for cooking with sea-views!
Outside, there is a large private gradient pool with steps pool and terrace have been recently refurbished with an outside shower available. The shaded veranda terrace, which is gated is ideal for children. It also has a table and chairs for al fresco dining with a BBQ; great in the summer to watch the sun go down.
Surrounding the villa is a shaded garden with lovely plants and trees.
Sonbahar Evi is ideal for families and couples wanting a relaxing stress free holiday; high chair and cot are available.
On arrival, to help you settle in, you will be provided with a complimentary welcome pack consisting of tea, coffee, eggs, bread, butter, juice etc. Our local English agent will be on hand to offer advice & local knowledge.
All towels and linen provided, pool and garden cleaned on a daily basis. Villa Sonbahar benefits from having three water storage tanks should the mains supply be off in summer if there is a water problem. There is a secure garage for car parking before you enter the villa. Kalkan has several banks (with ATM machines), post office, doctors surgery, pharmacies, supermarkets and the usual array of shops selling jewellery, shoes/handbags, ceramics, paintings and carpets.

- Villa needs to be vacated by 10.00 am unless agreed with owner prior to booking.
- No smoking inside the villa.
- No feeding cats on villa premises
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% of price is required to confirm a booking.
- The balance is payable eight weeks before departure.
- We accept bookings for April for minimum two weeks only.
