Ground/Entrance Floor
On the ground floor is the large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area is furnished with seating that faces the stunning floor to ceiling windows opening out across the pool and beyond to the shimmering Mediterranean sea. A dining area with stylish dining table and chairs also benefit from the spectacular views. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including coffee machine.
A double bedroom with en suite facilities is located on this floor and patio doors open out onto the pool terrace.
First Floor
On the first floor are two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and one twin bedroom. All bedrooms feature balconies with glass balcony railings to enhance the magnificent sea views.
Top Floor
The top floor is occupied by the master en-suite bedroom which has an apex roof, so height restrictions apply in places. The bedroom leads out to the furnished roof terrace with jacuzzi, which offers breath-taking views of both the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding mountains.
