Villa Kulla is a beautiful 4 bedroom villa, accommodating up to 6 adults and 2 children on four floors. It is in an enviable position in the centre of Kalkan, but also aty the end of a cul-de-sac, so quiet and undisturbed. It is just a 2-minute walk from Kalkan Old Town, with its full range of restaurants and artisan shops, with the nearest amenities just a minute away.
The villa has a private salt water swimming pool, sunbathing terraces and beautiful sea views from the upper floors of the property.

To make your holiday as enjoyable as possible, the villa is equipped with two safes for peace of mind, mosquito screens to all windows and full air conditioning throughout. There is a cot and highchair available for families with small children.
Ground floor: On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious open plan lounge, dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen. In the living room there is an Xbox to help keep children entertained. There is also a separate WC on this level.
First floor: On the first floor of the property there is a twin bedroom with separate shower room and a further en-suite double bedroom.
Second floor: The second floor of the property has a further double en-suite bedroom which has views over Kalkan towards the sea.
Third floor: On the top floor of the property is the master en-suite double bedroom which is very spacious and has access to a large terrace balcony- offering the best views of the Old Town and the harbour.
Outdoor areas: There is a good sized salt water private pool (7m x 3.5m - please note , there is no shallow end) which is surrounded by sunbathing terraces, a table tennis table and a choice of al-fresco outdoor dining areas. The outdoor spaces are furnished with a variety of bean bags, chairs and sun beds.
With plenty of space, the villa never feels crowded even when at full capacity.
