Villa Adden is located in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan, a lovely 3-bedroom detached villa with private pool, and a pretty garden. Set over 3 floors. the villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests. It has a good-sized pool terrace, a courtyard style rear garden which has everything you need for alfresco living and dining. The villa is within easy walking distance down to the Thursday market and town centre.

First Floor
The first floor has two equal size en-suite bedrooms, both of which are doubles. Both have air- conditioning and a balcony. The front facing bedroom has a furnished balcony with table and chairs and lovely sea views. The rear bedroom overlooks the garden and BBQ area and has mountain views

Second Floor 
The top floor has the master double bedroom with en-suite shower room. It enjoys a generous sized balcony and has the best sea views of all which maximises the panoramic Kalkan Sea views, perfect for enjoying an evening drink whilst relaxing and taking in the beautiful sunsets.

Bedrooms 
Bedroom 1 – Double en-suite with wardrobe, air-conditioning, mountain view, balcony.

Bedroom 2 – Double en-suite bedroom with Rain Forest shower, king size bed, wardrobe, flat screen TV, air-conditioning.

Bedroom 3 – Master double en-suite bedroom, king sized bed, air-conditioning, balcony with far-reaching views and furnished with a table and chairs.

Outside 
has great outdoor space with landscaped gardens and pretty planting surrounding the villa. The pool area is split level, with the upper level having a table and chairs for dining. The lower level has limited sea views and a 4 x 6m pool (1.60m deep) with roman walk-in steps. Surrounding the pool are 6 sunbeds, side tables, and parasols. In the rear courtyard area is a dining area with built-in professional bbq, and outside kitchenette

Ground Floor 
The open plan living area is a good size easily accommodating 6 guests comfortably. There is a well-equipped kitchen with built-in oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, with dining table and chairs. The lounge area has two large sofas and coffee table, smart TV and TV unit. The lounge opens out onto the pool terrace and overlooks the pool with views over Kalkan and out to the sea.

There is also a guest WC on this level.
