Hayat Apartment is a stunning, contemporary duplex apartment in the very popular Ekin block, with private plunge pool, beautiful sea views and within walking distance of the Old Town.

The first floor level of the apartment holds 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms, each with a private balcony. There are 2 double bedrooms (one of which is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom) and a twin bedroom (the twin room can also be made into double if required). There is a separate bathroom on this level. The washing machine and utility area are also on this level.
On the roof floor level is the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cooker and microwave, a dining area seating 6 guests and a living area with a flat screen TV and DVD player. There is also a WC on this level.
The apartment is an easy 8-10 minute walk from the centre of Kalkan.
Outdoor areas:
From the roof floor level, guests have access to a superb terraced area with fabulous sea views and a private, swirling plunge pool with built in seating; just what you need to cool off on a lazy afternoon in the sun.
