Apartment Yade is a pretty 2-bed 2-bath duplex apartment with private pool & garden, with mountain views.
Located on a quiet side street off the Kalamar road (15 minute walk on the flat to the town centre), it offers spacious accommodation, including an open plan living area which connects to the full size private pool and terrace outside.
Yade is a contemporary style 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex apartment with its own private pool & garden which has the feel of your own mini villa! There are many amenities on your doorstep, including 2 local supermarkets and some great restaurants and cafes.
Accommodation: On entering the apartment there is a spacious open plan living area with separate kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, including fridge freezer, oven and hob, and a dishwasher. There is also a indoor dining table seating 4. Floor to ceiling double patio doors lead off the lounge onto the outside patio. The living area is furnished with a stylish sofa, two arm chairs and coffee tables, TV unit and flat-screen TV. There is also a separate WC on this level.
The apartment has two bedrooms, both of which have ensuite bathrooms . The master bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms connect to a spacious wraparound style balcony. Each bathroom has a walk-in shower unit, WC and vanity unit with sink.
