Ortada Apartment is a bright and airy, modern duplex apartment with its own private pool and two outdoor terraces. It is situated in the popular Ekin Apartment block, located in teh Ortaalan area and within a 10-15 minute walk of Kalkan old town, beach and harbour.
The main ground floor pool terrace is south facing and enjoys all day sun, whilst the lower ground shady garden courtyard provides a welcoming escape from the summer heat.
The entrance to the apartment is on the ground floor and opens to a very bright and spacious open plan living area with a well-stocked modern kitchen with water cooler and Nespresso coffee machine, indoor dining area and airy living space housing an ample L-shaped sofa, air conditioning, TV with UK channels and Bluetooth speaker. Two large sets of patio doors open directly onto the pool terrace and outside dining area. A BBQ, adjustable shade and comfy sun-loungers complete the picture.
The two light and generous bedrooms are on the lower level and both open out onto the downstairs garden courtyard. This is also equipped with outdoor furniture and a table tennis table for entertainment.
