Amethyst is a 2 bed, 2 bath duplex luxury standard apartment, just a 5 min walk from the Old Town on a small, quiet complex; the apartment has simply stunning views from all levels.
Ground floor - open plan concept, with luxury fully fitted kitchen and breakfast bar, and lounge area. Floor to ceiling sliding windows connect with the private dining area (shaded) outside the kitchen, and offer views over the islands from every angle!
There is also a WC on this floor.
Stairs lead up to the Upper floor, where there are 2 double bedrooms, both with double beds. Both bedrooms are beautifully furnished and have stunning ensuite bathrooms. There is a shared spacious balcony connecting with both bedrooms on this floor, where you can drink in the amazing views over the islands, and Kalkan harbour.
Outside there is a large dining table and chairs (only used by Amethyst guests) and a spacious shared pool and terrace area, with plenty of sunbeds, and a lovely built in seating area to the side (shaded) where you can relax and keep looking at the views!
