Located just one street above the Kalamar road in the centre of Kalkan), Villa Orange has recently been refurbished to a high standard and offers a secluded hidden gem surrounded by decades-old palm trees near the centre of Kalkan.

Villa Orange has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people; all the bedrooms and outside spaces have an exotioc feel, being tucked away in a quiet spot surrounded by mature palm and olive trees - a peaceful, secluded environment.

The bedrooms are spread across two floors, with a double room and a twin room (with shared balconies) on the first floor and a master bedroom on the top floor with a terrace and a large jacuzzi. Polished and elegant - but still comfy - each of the bedrooms has its own distinctive design.

Villa Orange has a prime location, just few mins walk to the Kalamar road where there are plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy; only 10 mins easy walk to a couple of beach clubs and just 2 mins to supermarkets.

As a bonus, Villa Orange offers PS4 gaming console, British channels & Premier League Football on TV and social streaming subscriptions (Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney+)

Please note: 

• Min 7 nights stay during the period of June-August.
• Min 5 nights stay during the rest of the year. Cleaning fee of £70 is applied when a reservation is less than a week.
• Security deposit is £200 perstay. It is fully refunded if there is no damage to property.
• Bathroom and pool towels are provided.
• For stays of at least two weeks, mid-stay cleaning will be provided.

The Accommodation:

Ground floor: 

The entrance door leads into a hallway with an understairs cloakroom. Double wooden doors open onto an open plan living area which is comfortably furnished with two sofas and two armchairs spaced around a coffee table. An enclosed wood burner and a wall mounted Smart TV can also be found in the living area and sliding doors give access to the pool terrace.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a large fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob and extractor fan, coffee machine, sandwich toaster and kettle.

Next to the kitchen is a dining table that comfortably seats 6 people and sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace.

First floor:

There are two bedrooms on this level; the first is a double room with dressing table, wardrobe and wall mounted TV plus an en-suite shower room. Sliding doors lead to the shared covered balcony overlooking the pool and garden below.

The second bedroom is a spacious twin room with dressing table, wardrobe and wall mounted TV plus an en-suite shower room. Sliding doors lead to the shared covered balcony which is furnished with two chairs and a small side table.

Second floor:

Beneath high eaves, the master bedroom has a double bed, dressing table, wardrobe and wall mounted TV plus an en-suite shower room. Sliding doors give access to the villa's roof terrace which has a Jacuzzi bathtub and two chairs with a side table. From this level, views of the mountains behind the villa can be enjoyed.

Outside the villa:

The villa has a beautiful marble clad pool with integral steps for access.  The pool terrace is accessed up 4 steps leading to a covered area with 6 sun loungers.  The lower garden has a seating set and outside shower.

Pool Dimensions: 7.5m * 3.5m * 1.5m

Security: Security alarm system with remote controller and/or control through mobile application, security cameras overlooking the walls and entrance of the villa.

Facilities: All bedrooms have wardrobes, dressing tables with stools, hangers, private bathrooms, AC, and accesses to terrace/balcony with the Mediterranean view. All bedrooms are large and can accommodate a cot or children's bed. We offer a cots and a highchair for guests’ use.

Other Facilities: WIFI connection in all floors, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, washing machine, iron, garden area, portable BBQ, private parking lot for a car.
