Newly renovated to a very high standard, Villa Fey is a beautifully designed 4-bedroom property in a great location, just a 10-15 minute walk to central Kalkan with restaurants and a supermarket nearby.
The villa has been furnished in a modern style and offers plenty of space for your party within the villa and outside and even has an elevated seating area with sea views.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
The villa is accessed down steps from the street above and through the gate the private garden leads to the front door.
Once inside, the open plan living area has a large L-shaped sofa with a wall mounted Smart TV. A dining table with 5 chairs is integral with the kitchen island which has a gas hob and extractor fan. The well-equipped stylish kitchen has all the essential appliances, including a built in electric oven and microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and kettle.
There is a water cooler and washing machine under the stairs for guests’ use.
The first double bedroom with adjacent shower room is located on this level. The bedroom has direct access out onto the pool terrace via sliding doors. Within the room is a built-in wardrobe and dressing table with stool.
First floor:
There are two further double bedrooms on this level. The first double has an en-suite shower room and within the room a built-in wardrobe with a dressing table and stool. A glass door leads to the shared balcony with a sofa and two armchairs set around a coffee table.
The second double bedroom has an en-suite shower room and within the room a built in wardrobe with a dressing table with stool. A glass door leads to the shared balcony on one side of the room and on the other, sliding doors lead to an elevated seating area with sea views.
Second floor / roof terrace:
At the top of the stairs is a glass door that leads to out to the roof terrace which is furnished with a comfy sofa set and has views across the town towards Kalkan Bay.
The fourth double bedroom is also on this level with a built-in wardrobe and a basin with mirror within the room. There is a separate WC with door and sliding glass doors provide access to the ‘in-room’ shower. Glass picture windows provide views of the town and mountains.
Outside the villa:
The villa is surrounded by mature plants and trees which provide privacy from neighbouring properties.
The pool is square in shape and has steps leading into the water. There are 10 mesh sun loungers spaced around the pool and grassed area with side tables and two parasols.
Beneath the covered elevated seating area is a dining table with 8 chairs and a built in sofa with cushions. There is also a portable BBQ to enjoy al fresco dining.
Separate steps lead up to the elevated seating area offering sea views, which is furnished with an L-shaped sofa set around a coffee. A cantilevered parasol provides shade if needed.
Access to the pool terrace can be gained through sliding doors from the living room and from the kitchen that leads to the outside dining table under the elevated platform.
Points to note:

- A welcome pack is provided on arrival
- Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
- A parking space is provided at street level
- Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis (therefore, if staying weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is included. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean or linen change)
- For the 2024 season, a pool table and football table will be added
- Please note, at the time of writing (November 2023), x3 new villas are in the process of being completed in close proximity to Villa Fey - they are not visible in the image gallery shown on this webpage. We anticipate that the villas will be completed over the winter 2023/2024 period and new images to show the new-builds will be published on this website in the spring of 2024 (construction work will not continue beyond the middle of May in line with local authority rules, therefore, occupants of Villa Fey will not be disturbed by construction noise during the normal tourist season)

- Booking deposit of 30% taken at time of booking. Balance payable 8 weeks before booking commences.
- Security Deposit of £200 taken with balance payment; refundable at end of stay if property left in good condition.
- Min 7 nights of stay during the period of May-October.
- Min 4 nights of stay during the rest of the year. Cleaning fee of £80 is applied when a reservation is less than a week.
- For stays more than two weeks, mid-stay cleaning will be provided.
