Stunning...breathtaking...amazing...exclusive...stylish...tasteful...these are all words that could be used to describe the fabulous Falcon Exclusive Villa. But mere words cannot do it justice...it simply has to be seen to be believed! Falcon Exclusive is a 7-bedroom villa (all bedrooms with ensuite) in a superb location, which sleeps up to 14 adults (plus up to four small children on sofa beds) in style and luxury with wi-fi, superb infinity pool, uninterrupted sea & mountain views (every living area and every bedroom has a sea view).

Falcon Exclusive Villa has the following specifications:

The design and build quality of Falcon Exclusive Villa are exceptional.

The location is enviable - obviously you have to be high up in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan to get those views, but Falcon Exclusive is perfectly situated in a peaceful location, a mere 3 min drive & only a 20 minute downhill walk to the delights of Kalkan Old Town!

There are five levels to Falcon Exclusive Villa:

1. Basement:

Under-pool games room with gym equipment, table-tennis table etc.

2a. Ground floor (outside):

Stunning pool terrace with outside dining table and chairs under shaded canopy, various shaded areas, large infinity pool with graduated depth from 0.30 m to 1.5 m. Plenty of stylish, comfortable sun-loungers, parasols, pool shower, BBQ and gardens to side and rear.

2b. Ground Floor (inside):

Huge lounge/kitchen/diner; open-plan kitchen, flat screen TV, DVD player, satellite TV channels, iPhone dock. Dining table for 14 people. Copious seating in lounge area including large corner-sofa and several easy chairs. Separate wc and utility room with washing machine. Full-width windows opening onto pool terrace. Stairs leading to first floor.

3. First floor:

Two double bedrooms, each with king size bed and additional sofa-bed

One bedroom with twin beds.

All three bedrooms have ensuite shower & w/c; one of the double bedrooms has a bath

All bedrooms share the full width balcony with pool and sea views.

4. Second floor:

Two double bedrooms, each with king size bed and additional sofa-bed

One bedroom with twin beds.

All three bedrooms have ensuite shower & w/c; one of the double bedrooms has a bath

All bedrooms share the full width balcony with pool and sea views. Bedroom 4 & 5 with double bed, (and a sofa bed)

5. Top floor:

The penthouse/master bedroom has a king-size bed, an ensuite shower / wc and unrivalled views from a balcony on three sides, with table and four chairs, parasols for private dining!

Full Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:

Weekly maid service and linen change on changeover day.

Booking policy:

Just use the table above to determine the guide price and see below to check availability and/or make a provisional booking
Upon receipt of your enquiry we will confirm availability and price, normally within 2-3 hours.
We will then require a booking deposit - normally 30% - together with some booking information (which you can complete online).
We require payment of the rental balance no less than 8 weeks before arrival, together with a refundable security deposit of £500. (Due to the size and quality of the accommodation we ask for a £500 "breakages" deposit; this will be fully refunded if the villa is left in the agreed state described in the contract. We are certainly not concerned over the odd broken plate or glass, but the accommodation has been finished to a very high standard and the refundable deposit goes some way to helping us to protect our assets)!
The above prices are based on up to 14 people sharing. Please ask for pricing on larger groups. Discounts possible for smaller groups of 8 or less.
We accept payments by bank transfer, credit/debit card or via Paypal

Just stayed for 2 weeks for the 2nd time in this amazing villa, views to die for, fab pool, everything provided in the villa that you could need, taxis up and down into kalkan were no issue, came in 5 minutes and only cost about £3, we will be back, 10 times to kalkan in different hotels and villas and this was our favourite one, staying in Falcon Villa as a group of 14 was so much fun and a lovely spacious clean villa

Recently rented Falcon Exclusive for a large family celebration. It is an amazing villa, exceptionally clean and has a very well stocked kitchen with more plates, mugs, bowls, equipment than you could possibly use. Very well furnished, comfortable beds, balcony and sea views from every bedroom.
Plenty of space for everyone inside and out and the infinity pool was excellent. We had 4 small children and having a very shallow end in which you can place sunloungers was ideal for the children to play safely.
The outside terraces were all cleaned daily.
We did have a couple of issues with the villa though. Firstly the Wi-Fi was very slow for the first couple of days but when guests moved into the ‘sister’ villa next door the Wi-Fi was non existent. The only way round this was to purchase data daily. Maybe range extenders could be placed in the rooms?
Secondly, the villa is advertised as sleeping 18 people but outside there was one small 2 seater sofa with a cushion and 2 chairs with cushions. There were also some hard plastic chairs dotted around. We were told we could carry the inside furniture outside if we wanted more seating. Not really something you want to be doing daily on holiday.

The villa was absolutely amazing, clean, well equipped, well maintained and very comfortable , it took every one of our expectations , and blew them out of the water (in a good way) ALL of the members of our party were stunned by the villa, so much so I think you may be receiving an enquiry from my sons in-laws for a large party next May and I cant thank you enough for supplying a magnificent villa for what was supposed to be a once in a lifetime family holiday, but after the experience we had, we are already planning another one .
