Falcon Town Villas

Falcon Town Villas are three beautifully secluded properties on an exclusive site in a peaceful and enviable location, very close to the centre of Kalkan, with great sea views from the pool area and each of the individual villas. Every bedroom has a balcony with a sea view.

Specifications are as follows:

Villa Falcon: 3 bedrooms, sleeps 8 (two doubles, one twin and sofa bed in lounge)

Villa Bora: 2 bedrooms, sleeps 6 (one double, one twin and sofa bed in the lounge)

Villa Kalkan: 2 bedrooms, sleeps 6 (one double, one twin and sofa bed in the lounge)

All have fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms, downstairs cloakroom and bedroom balconies with en suites for all bedrooms. The kitchen in each villa has a full-size cooker, fridge, dishwasher, toaster and a kettle. A washing machine is also provided in each villa, together with an iron and ironing board, which is especially handy if you are travelling with children!

Each villa has its own private terrace complete with a table and chairs for al fresco dining (in case you decide to cook for yourself instead of just popping out to the myriad of local restaurants); there is also plenty of space around the swimming pool.  

Another bonus, particularly during the height of the summer, is that each villa is fully air-conditioned with individual units in the lounge and each bedroom. All villas have satellite TV and free wi-fi access.

The villas share a superb large communal pool: 16m long and 8m wide with a shallow end. There are plenty of sun loungers and poolside tables and chairs, and a shower-room/wc by the pool.

The Falcon Town Villas site is a genuine 5 minutes walk to the beach and literally one minute to the newly-opened Carrefour supermarket. There are 3 pharmacies nearby; also a dentist and doctor's clinic a few minutes' minutes walk from villas. 

Falcon Town Villas are family-run with a nice, friendly and relaxing atmosphere making them ideal for families or friends that want to holiday together then retire to their own villa at night. There is always someone on hand if you need help. It is a family-run site with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere and nothing is too much trouble for the owners.
